Keeping track of intricate assembly line stages and minimising component waiting times is a persistent bottleneck in multi-stage repair and manufacturing environments. Traditional "Digital Twin" enterprise software solutions require massive infrastructure updates, cost-prohibitive licensing, and exhaustive setup windows. Without actionable operational feedback, floor managers remain blind to real-time bottlenecks, while technicians struggle with scheduling manual updates and space constraints.

The Solution
We engineered a highly agile, low-cost alternative to a full-scale Digital Twin system. By leveraging Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform tools, and an Azure IoT framework paired with strategic hardware components, this implementation handles data collection seamlessly. The stack combines manual operator entries with automated physical tracking to generate automated notifications, interactive performance charts, and live operational graphs. This directly alleviates technician friction and equips supervisors with immediate diagnostic metrics.
